  • How long do I have to return an item? 30days if it is our error , 7days if it is your error (ordered wrong part or not needed)

    • How do I ship it? we will give you RMA and shipping label . and shipping cost will be paied by you if it is your error 

    Costs & Refunds
    • Are there fees? A 15% operating fee applies to customer errors 

    • Are shipping costs refunded? No

    • How long does a refund take? Inspection takes about 3 business days; the refund typically hits your account 1 week after approval.

    • Can I do an exchange? Yes , but there will be extra operating cost and shipping cost , please eamil us sales@good-supply.com
